PDF is the most common electronic document file format used on all devices. In simple words, it is familiar among students, teachers, business, and home users. Adobe Reader will interact with images, text, and other rich coded data easily. The security, reliability, and performance of portable document format make it leading the race.

The interface is clean and as simple as the user needs. The file menu includes multiple options where you will find different keyboard shortcuts. The preferences include reading, writing, and printing options. Adobe Reader has newer versions that have multiple tabs to view more than 1 file inside one window. This technique will consume minimum RAM and processor resources.

The paid version has editing, converting, and sharing features but this only allows to view PDFs. Paid version will convert the .pdf extension into Microsoft Word and Excel files for advanced editing. Form filling is also featured in Pro DC where you can fill all the required boxes electronically.

Although, it is an accessible and approachable source to view any type of PDF file. The zoom options have two types of buttons with separate functions. The First will stretch the page in horizontal mode and the second will transform into vertically aligned mode. If the file has a large number of pages then it is easy to jump to a specific page by putting the number.

The print setting is easier where you can open the dialog box by pressing CTRL + P button combination. Set the target page range, choose the page size and click print.
